Director of Content Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Content Marketing to deliver content strategy and content assets designed to build thought leadership, raise awareness, grow pipeline, and increase revenue for Dromo. This role reports into the CEO.

As a Director of Content Marketing, you will:

  • Build content strategy, considering business goals and market landscape
  • Own the Dromo website, collaborating with other members of the Marketing team to optimize performance of the site in driving leads and engagement
  • Partner with Demand Gen to ensure sufficient assets to drive top-of-funnel awareness
  • Produce directly and oversee agency writing for assets including long-form content (guides/ebooks), blog posts, customer case studies, webinars, and other marketing assets as needed
  • Partner with creative agency to deliver assets


  • 10+ years experience in marketing roles in B2B SaaS, with 5+ years specifically in Content
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do hands on work now, eventually building a team as we scale
  • Experience managing a content marketing team
  • Clear perspective on content strategy and understanding of content mix
  • Strong marketing writing skills
